I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decor of the hotel. The communal areas were beautifully adorned with lovely artwork and vintage furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people of my age. The hallways were wide enough to navigate with ease, and there were handrails in strategic places to provide support and stability. It made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.
I would have enjoyed my vacation even more if there had been a dedicated staff member to assist senior guests. The children working there were polite, but they could have been more attentive to the needs and preferences of elderly visitors.

We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the cottage was, especially the kitchen. It had everything we could possibly need and more. the vinyl record player was a great touch, as we love our own vinyl collection. the beds were very comfortable and the linen and furniture had a high-quality feel. We also appreciated that dogs were accepted and the property manager gave us a friendly welcome. Free parking was a bonus, and the location was convenient for visiting How Stean Gorge and Stump Cross Caverns.
Felt very special, no complaints at all.

The cottage had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed, even more than we expected. The vinyl record player was a great touch. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from How Stean Gorge and Stump Cross Caverns.
There were a few issues that affected our stay. the shower plug hole was blocked with hair and we had to unclog it ourselves.

The location of the cottage was fantastic, tucked away on a quiet street but still within easy reach of shops and public transportation. It made exploring the city a breeze. The cottage itself had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the vinyl record player, which added a nice touch of nostalgia to our stay. having free parking available was a great bonus and made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased.
the stairs leading up to the bedroom were dangerously slippery, causing both myself and my partner to nearly fall. It's really important to have better traction or anti-slip measures in place to prevent accidents.
